Nutrition Series

4-week series: 4 90-minute classes in the Berkeley/Oakland area.  (This series is taught in different combinations of weeks (2, 3 or 4 week series) and class hours, see calendar for latest offerings.)

Handouts and presentation materials will be provided. Also a healthy snack and herb tea will be served at each class. Classes are taught in a live classroom setting in Oakland and Berkeley. Oakland (Rockridge) location. Another Series via Skype/GotoMeeting will be posted soon!

Cooking Classes with a Nutritional Focus

Learn the nutritional aspects of cooking classes at Kitchen on Fire, a cooking school located in the gourmet ghetto in Berkeley, California. Classes are co-led with a lead chef from the school.
